Workspace Solutions Making Spaces Perform
Who We Are
Built on two decades of workplace intelligence, TEOS Solutions delivers secure, scalable, and high-performing workspace management software to enterprises of all sizes. From room booking and wayfinding to virtual reception, we help organisations orchestrate their offices, simplify collaboration, and get more from the spaces where work happens.
As part of ScreenCom Group, one of Europe’s leaders in integrated digital signage and workplace solutions, that expertise is now backed by even greater depth of technology, reach, and capability. The result is a single, trusted partner for the connected workplace: one team, one relationship, and combined expertise across two world-class tech ecosystems.
Where We Are
Designed and run entirely in-house, TEOS is backed by privately managed in EU datacenters and people who know the product inside out. So, when you need support, you reach a specialist, not a helpdesk script. With offices in Groningen, Leeuwarden (NL), and Varna (BG) and customers across the globe, we bring the reliability of an enterprise platform with the accountability of a team that genuinely stays close to its work.
Our Mission
Fragmented workspaces are productivity killers. Inaccurate booking systems. Cluttered environments. Signage that confuses instead of guides. Our mission is to eliminate that friction, creating spaces that are seamless, intuitive, and built around the people who use them. Because when your workspace performs, you have time. To think. To create. To connect. To do your best work.

The Minds Behind TEOS
All partnerships start with a handshake. This one started with a shared technology passion.
Bastiaan Amsing has always led with creativity. A graphic designer turned agency director, he believed displays could do more than simply decorate a wall. That conviction built one of Europe’s most respected names in digital signage. Today he brings that same strategic creative lens to ScreenCom Group.
Seeing that workplace technology was overdue for reinvention, Ricardo de Vries founded Blue and Red BV in 2013. His team delivered, pioneering the first HTML5 digital signage solution native to Sony displays, launching TEOS Manage in 2017, and earning an AV Award in 2022 with TEOS 3.0 in the Control and Management Technology category.

ScreenCom Group
Two builders. One focused on how spaces communicate visually, the other on how they perform. When their paths converged in May 2025, it felt less like a merger and more like a natural evolution. Bastiaan leads as CEO. Ricardo drives innovation as CTO. And Wybren Jongstra brings the operational precision that turns vision into reality as General Manager. Together, they lead a team that knows this industry from the inside. And never stops improving it.
Part of Something Bigger
Joining the ScreenCom Group means TEOS customers gain access to an unmatched breadth of workplace and signage expertise. All through a single, trusted partner. The combination of Sony-heritage workplace management software and ScreenCom’s enterprise-grade digital signage capabilities creates a uniquely powerful offering.
